2nd Suppression Hearing and New Trial Date

There was a second suppression hearing on Dec. 28th. In this one the defense asked the court that the search warrants used by the police be suppressed. The court ruled that the search warrants were good and the defense motions were denied. I've learned today that the defense is going to ask for a continuance for the trial. This will move the date of the trial back to Feb. or Mar.
